Please note that all products are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

However, exchanges are possible only in the following cases:

  1. If the product received is different from what was originally ordered.

  2. If the product arrives damaged or defective.

In such cases, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the item and provide a clear photo to help us process your request quickly.

We will replace the item at no additional cost when the above conditions apply.
